The new "House Boat Rimini Resort" is a complex of 12 floating mobile units moored on a secluded pier in the Marina di Rimini, just a short walk from the historic center and the vibrant waterfront night life.

The interiors

The modern floating houses are approximately 32 square meters in size and can accommodate up to 5 people. They feature a double bedroom, a separate bedroom with two single beds (two low and one high), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a spacious modular kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stovetop, kettle, and coffee machine. They also come equipped with all necessary kitchenware, as well as individual WiFi, independent air conditioning, and heating systems

The exteriors

On the outside, they feature a spacious patio with armchairs and a coffee table, a dining table, and an umbrella. On the roof, there is a sun deck with two sun loungers. Customers will have the option to park their car in front of their own House Boat and use bicycles (upon request).

During your stay in the House Boat, in addition to the customary excursions that our Riviera has always offered, you will have the opportunity to take sailing and scuba diving courses, both for beginners and advanced levels, at our nautical centers. Motorboat rentals and outings for mini-cruises with sailboats and skippers are also available.

House Boat Rimini Resort is open all year round.

CONTESSA D’AZUR

Contessa is a British steamship from 1909 that began its operations by transporting coal in the English Channel.

Over time, it was used for the transportation of troops during World War II. Later, it was purchased by a Belgian count who gave it to his son so that he could sail the waters of the Mediterranean, staying away from family matters.
Now moored on a secluded dock at the Marina, Contessa is adorned with Art Nouveau lounges and comfortable and elegant suites. Each suite or cabin is equipped with renovated but original bathrooms dating back to that era.
Refurbished once again in 2021, it features two suites for two people each: one on the main deck with access to the entire aft area, and one below deck with a forward deck.
The boat is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends because it also has two cabins below deck that can accommodate up to two people each, for a maximum of 8, allowing you to make the most of all the common areas on the vessel.
